This critical position meets and greets our office visitors and often provides the first introductionto Alpha.

The successful candidate must exude a positive vibe while working in a fast-paced ever changing environment.

www.alphamediausa.com.Responsibilities of this position may include the following: Answer all incoming calls on a multi-line phone system.Welcome visitors, direct visitors and callers to appropriate personnel.Respond to questions about our organization including, but not limited to, providing callers with the address, directions and other similar information courteously and professionally.Distribute prizes to winners and serve as a public relations contact with contestants, obtain proper information for tax purposes.Sort and distribute incoming mail.Prepare/process outgoing mail.Maintain office supply inventory.Process traffic reports for sales department.Backup support for traffic and business departments.Requirements for this position include the following:Knowledge in Microsoft Office or G Suite programs.Knowledge of Marketron helpful but not required(training provided).Accurate data entry skills.Professional and welcoming personality.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to multi-task, be extremely organized and detail oriented.Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, rapidly changing culture and environment.Ability to operate a multi-line telephone system.High school diploma or equivalent.Preference may be given to candidates who have the above experience plus the following:Previous experience in broadcast media.Benefits:Alpha Media invests in people who invest in themselves and offers employees a competitive package of health and welfare benefits.Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for full time and part time employees as well as all household members at no cost.401(k) with discretionary employer matching.Alpha Cares
