Job SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic professional to join our Barrington office as an Administrative Assistant.This is a part-time position with hours: Monday-Friday 12pm-5pm.

This position requires in-office work (not a remote position).

Job Responsibilities: Strong communication skills (verbal & written) Ability to multi-task & prioritize Social media savvy (FB, Twitter, Snapchat, LinkedIn, etc.) Ability to perform accurate data entry Team player but can work independently Proactive Education and/or experience: High school degree or equivalent Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Publisher Professional business appearance is necessary.

Ability to handle telephone consoles with accuracy and professionalism.

Real estate knowledge is a plus
