Our Clinical Team consists of Three Pediatricians, a Family Medicine Physician, a Nurse Practitioner, and a Physician Assistant.We are seeking candidates for a Medical Receptionist position.

The Medical Receptionist role is everyone’s first point of contact for the office.

Flexibility, professional appearance, good communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment are crucial for this role.

The office requires attention to details while maintaining a welcoming presence for both patients, their parents, and visitors.Monday-Wednesday, 9am-8pmThursday, 9am-8pmFriday, 9am-5pmRotating Saturday, 9am-2pm; with one day off during the weekCompany Overview: Founded in 2006, Allied Physicians Group is one of the largest private Pediatric medical partnerships with the New York Metropolitan Area.

•Multilingual (Spanish primarily) speaking a PLUSPreferred Qualifications:High School diploma or GEDMinimum one year in a medical office, pediatric experience a PLUSPrior experience and/or knowledge of EMR is required.
