We are partnering with one of our VIP clients—a world-renowned, award-winning concierge MD, ready to take his private practice to the next level as a global boutique concierge business, focused around wellness and preventative care.
We are looking for a highly organized, sophisticated Administrative Assistant for the legal side of his medical practice, championing organization for calendars, documents, and external vendor communication.
Upholding white glove service for in-house staff and vendors is crucial for helping the practice serve some of the most influential people in the world!
Exciting position – you will have the opportunity to become apart of this boutique’s history and the ability to put your own stamp on the culture!
Hourly range $25-$30 + benefits!
2-3 years of experience + legal/medical experience is a plus but not a deal breaker.
Need a self-starter, organized, quick learner, tech savvy!

This is a M-F, in-office role.
