Job DescriptionJob Description: Responsible for navigation the Concur travel system to perform travel & expense requests, set ups, review, approvals as outlined in the Travel & Expense policies.

Assure accuracy and completeness of transactions.

Set up travel and expense reports for represented work force according to the collective bargaining agreement (CBA) and assist executives and management with their travel and expense report according to policies.

Assist the Administrator in the administration of the Company’s Travel & Expense Management and Corporate Card platforms, including policy compliance, along with other fundamental accounting and administrative functions.

Will support overall Concur System’s related processes across the company for Launch operations.

Provide guidance and support to Team members on in the day-to-day operation.

Any other duties as assigned.

Qualifications 2 or more years of Concur or similar expense reporting tool experience functions in a fast paced, environment preferred.

Ability to communicate and work with Senior and Executive level management regarding policy compliance issues.

Ability to problem solve independently or through collaborative efforts with various personnel.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including previous exposure to senior management and the ability to present information accordingly.

The successful candidate will have a sharp attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple tasks and have strong organization and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of basic accounting/ accounts payable.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Self-starter with strong analytical ability and problem-solving skills.

Highly motivated, structured with high degree of initiative.

Concur working experience is preferred.

Knowledge of government contracting and FAR requirements preferredSecurity Clearance / International Traffic In Arms Regtions (ITAR) This position requires use of information which is subject to the International Traffic In Arms Regtions (ITAR).

1324b(a)(3) HS Diploma or GED, and 5 years of administrative experience (for external candidates only) OR AA, AAS or AS Degree in Office/ Business Administration or related discipline, and 5-9 years of administrative experience.

Reviews outgoing correspondence for internal consistency and conformance to manager’s procedures.

Collects information for routine inquiries on office programs or periodic reports, and refers non-routine requests to manager or staff.

Schedules tentative appointments without prior clearance from manager.

Attends meetings with manager to record and report on proceedings.

Prepares and signs routine non-technical correspondence in own or supervisors name.

Intermediate-level proficiency of Microsoft products including PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, and Word.

Understands how to book travel through online services and decides on the best possible routes to meet the leader’s scheduling needs.

May have to book international travel and coordinate with manager to determine passport/visa needs.

Utilizes outstanding organizational and customer service skills.

Pulls reports for functional area and assists in compiling group metrics.

Provides back-up support to other administrative assistants at different levels.
