Full Charge Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant

Job Summary

Multi-Family Real Estate Development Company has immediate opening for a full-time Accountant/Bookkeeper.

Basic understanding of accounting principles is preferred and experience with multiple entities and proper flow of money from account to account is a plus.

We’re looking for someone who is a self-starter, an excellent multi-tasker and someone who is self-organized to join our small team.

Our office environment is operated like a start-up with busy days that go by fast.

Responsibilities and Duties

Duties will include (but not be limited to):

*Entering bills and cutting vendor checks

*Rent Collection and Deposits *Monthly bank reconciliations for multiple LLC entities

*Management of our Insurance policies *Processing payroll with our payroll vendor

*Preparing various spreadsheets in Excel

Pay: $45,000.00
