Front Desk Receptionist

The ideal candidate will have a friendly and easy-going personality while also being perceptive and disciplined.

You will need to be able to deal with complaints, give accurate information and provide a customer-oriented approach.

Key Responsibilities:

– Keep front desk clean and clear

– Keep front entrance clean and clear

– Keep break room and printer room clean and clear

– Greet and welcome guests

– Answer all incoming calls and direct them to the correct person

– Receive letters, packages etc.

and distribute them

– Assist with outgoing mail

– Monitor office supplies and notify Operations Manager to order as needed

– Assist as needed and take up additional duties as assigned

Requirements:

– Proficient in English

– Knowledge of MS Office

– Strong verbal skills

– Strong people skills

– Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities

– High School Diploma

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14,500.00
– $61,345.00 per year
