What you will do:
Conduct accurate filing of all clinical records for all patient files.
Be responsible for data input and processing of payroll information for Home Health office consistent with the mission and goals of the Agency.
Maintain current files and storage files in accordance with current Agency requirements.
Be Responsible for medical supplies including ordering inventory and inputs charge slips.
Perform and close medical record audit including tracking of missing patient information.
Who you are
High School Diploma or equivalent required, Associate’s Degree preferred
Working knowledge of Word and Excel
Two-years of data entry experience (preferred)
One year of medical, work comp or healthcare industry experience (preferred)
