Job DescriptionThe Customer Service Call Center position requires an individual that is well-spoken, customer service oriented and can multi-task at a quick pace.Employees in this job receive and answer inquiries from homeowners, real estate agents, site staff and vendors by telephone on a wide range of inquiries, services, policies and procedures.Duties include but are not limited to:Professionally answer the phones and direct all calls accordinglyAssist with special administrative projectsTroubleshoot and answer questions from homeowners relating to their account.Ability to identify and escalate calls to the next level for additional assistance as necessary.Coordinate with customers to resolve any billing inquiries.Assist with mail handling per client and company policies.Maintains organizational information and other guide references as needed.Logs information into manual or automated systems; tracks and monitors progress and/or disposition of requests, actions, files, documents, programs etc.Other duties as assignedRequirementsProfessional communication skills (phone, interpersonal, written, verbal, etc.)Professional customer service skillsKnowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) at a proficient levelKnowledge of general office equipment (copier, fax, phone systems, etc.)Confidentiality and discretion in the performance of all duties and responsibilitiesSelf-motivated, proactive, detail oriented and team playerHigh School diploma or GED required0-3 years of directly related or closely related experienceAdditional informationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.Company DescriptionWith more than 180 branch offices across North America, Associa delivers unsurpassed management and lifestyle services to nearly five million residents worldwide.
