• Answer telephone, screen, and direct calls
• Greet persons entering organization
• File, fax, scan and copy documents
• Respond to emails
• Monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness
• Tidy and maintain reception area
• Manage office inventory and supplies
• Monitor and maintain office equipment
• Receive and sort mail and deliveries
• Provide customer service to clientele
• Prepare correspondence and document
• Provide general administrative and clerical supportJob Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year front receptionist or office experience
• High school diploma/GED, degree a plus
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Data Entry
