AU Professional Development Administrative Coordinator

Primary responsibilities include scheduling and logistics of Quarterly Training throughout the company and maintaining education calendars/schedules for the entire organization.

Responsibilities will also include assisting with general training development, organization, and upkeep of the National Training Center.

The Administrative Coordinator reports directly to the Vice President of Arrow University.Essential FunctionsOversee Quarterly Training Calendar (Technical Quarterly Training to meet state requirements, intranet calendar updates).Troubleshoot and assist resolving potential technology issues with quarterly training.Ensure quarterly training session sign in sheets and quizzes are input and ready for each class.Email quarterly training reminders to Service CentersCompile quarterly training sign in sheets in Excel for state CEU’s.Develop, compile, print, order training manuals, study materials, and resource guides etc, for reference and training for numerous parts of the business.Prepare & rearrange rooms at the Starkey Thomas National Training Center for training events.Send training satisfaction surveys via SurveyMonkey on a regular basis.Ship STEPS kits to Service Centers.Maintain who is on call after hours and update accordingly on after hours website, as well as communicate who is on call to the appropriate departments.Send reward gift cards to new Team Members and maintain the tracking spreadsheet for finance.Order office supplies and assist in maintaining facility, such as restocking drinks and snacks when needed.Submit MCR’s for facility maintenance.Generate reports from E-Learning Center and Kelly solutions as needed.Other duties as requiredRequired Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Position requires excellent computer knowledge with numerous programs such as Excel, Word, Power Point, Teams, etc.Position requires excellent project management skills, communication and interpersonal skills and time management skills.Excellent organization skills required.Individual must be able to communicate effectively (written and verbal) with all levels of management and positions.Ability to multi-task.

Ability to work independently and maintain accountability to those served by the position.Position requires building trusting relationships with all levels of the organization and the ability to communicate with and influence individuals throughout the Company to promote and enhance the learning culture.

Ability to access, input, and retrieve information from a computer as directed.Be familiar with Arrow Exterminators, Inc.

organization and company policies and procedures.Able to accept and apply constructive feedback and criticism.Minimum Qualifications:High school diploma (required)Proficient in using MS Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and other programs as needed.
