– Pittsburgh, PAPosition TypeFull TimeSalary Range$15.00 HourlySign on bonus up to $3000.00, Federal Student Loan Forgiveness, tuition discounts and Achieva pays 90% of medical insurance premiums for eligible employeesFUNCTION:This position supports the activities of the Achieva Early Intervention program by providing administrative support and by using organizational skills, computer skills and ability to work in a highly functioning team.

Maintains and ensures accuracy of information in organizational, local and state databases including but not limited to the Provider Referral System.

Takes initiative and is able to self-direct and multitask.

This person will report directly to the Vice President of Early Intervention.RESPONSIBILITIES:Supports the achievement of personal outcomes.Accurately records information in the Provider Referral system, including removing information from the therapist call-in line, entering start dates, correctly interpreting information provided by therapist to code late service start date reason.Independently monitors Services Not Started list from Alliance for Infant and Toddlers
– contact therapists for information where neededMaintain up to date therapist availabilityAssist in daily referral/claim process when neededDistribute initial referral information to therapistsComplete filing as neededScan Early Intervention files as neededPerforms other related duties as assigned.This job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.

Highly proficient with computers and software, including Google Workspace; spreadsheet experience is essential.

Ability to collaborate effectively and professionally with others in a variety of modalities.
