Administrative Resources Corporation seeks a Part Time Store Manager for EZ Storage Self Storage Properties in The San Fernando Valley.

The company has been a leader in the Self-Storage industry since 1973 and continues to offer affordable month to month storage solutions for it’s clients.?

Must be available to work locations in Chatsworth, Van Nuys and Burbank.

We will consider applicants in a manner consistent with the requirements of The Los Angeles Fair Chance Initiative for Hiring Ordinance.

Drug screening and a Current Non expired Government ID and or Passport are required.

JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY: The Self Storage Property Manager is responsible for the day to day operations of the property assigned to them.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Provide outstanding customer service at all times.Open and close the office each day in a timely manner.Show and rent spaces.Answer telephone inquiries and provide administrative assistance to tenantsPerform lock checks.Maintain facility, clean hallways and vacated spaces.Control delinquencies through phone contact and letters on a scheduled basis.Perform minor maintenance as required on the property.Stock and sell locks and other merchandise as directed.Applicant must take and successfully pass a background check and drug test.
