Job descriptionAdministrative Resources Corporation seeks a Store Manager for EZ Storage Self Storage Properties in West Los Angeles & Buena Park.

The company has been a leader in the Self-Storage industry since 1973 and continues to offer affordable month to month storage solutions for it’s clients.?Must be available to work locations in Marina Del Rey, West Los Angeles & Buena Park ( 3 days in WLA and 2 Days in Buena Park) We will consider applicants in a manner consistent with the requirements of The Los Angeles Fair Chance Initiative for Hiring Ordinance.

Drug screening and a Current Non expired Government ID and or Passport are required.

JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY: The Self Storage Property Manager is responsible for the day to day operations of the property assigned to them.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Provide outstanding customer service at all times.Open and close the office each day in a timely manner.Show and rent spaces.Answer telephone inquiries and provide administrative assistance to tenantsPerform lock checks.Maintain facility, clean hallways and vacated spaces.Control delinquencies through phone contact and letters on a scheduled basis.Perform minor maintenance as required on the property or enter work order requests for maintenance team.Stock and sell locks and other merchandise as directed.Applicant must take and successfully pass a background check and drug test.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.00 per hour
