Experience for this position includes: Experience for this position includes preparing requests for personnel actions; monitoring time and attendance submissions; recruiting, and establishing and maintaining applicant files.
(e.g.
rating/ranking applicants, preparing selection certificates); monitoring affirmative action goals and reporting systems; analyzing financial records and accounting ledgers, etc.
Researching and analyzing administrative issues or problems, and interpreting, and/or modifying numerous and complex guidelines.
Supervising, managing or leading a subordinate staff which establishing priorities, and included planning and assigning work, evaluating performance.
Analyzing evaluating, and monitoring budget or overhead projects to monitor costs.Education cannot be substituted for experience.Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social).
