Administrative Clerk in Orange County

AppleOne has partnered with several well-known businesses in the Orange County area.

Seeking to fill in their Administrative and Customer Service positions on a temp to hire basis.

You will be working for a great company with the opportunity to grow and build a career that suits your skills.

As a clerk who provides customer service, you will be responsible for providing information to the clients, make phone calls, schedule appointments, reschedule missed appointments, data entry, answer e-mails and resolve queries or concerns in an office environment.

Qualifications:
– Proven work experience in an administrative OR customer service position
– Highly organized and detail oriented
– Representative must maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers or clients at all times.Skills:
– Good computer skills
– Strong communication skills
– Bilingual in Spanish and English is a PLUS Benefits:
