Operations.Core CompetenciesAccountabilityAttention to detailProblem-solvingEffective communication, both verbal and writtenConfidentialityExcellent investigation and critical-thinking abilityJudgementProfessionalismOrganization and time management skillsKey Performance Indicators / Duties & ResponsibilitiesManages the reception area by assisting visitors to Avmax, ensures checked in and issued a visitors badge.Answer all general inquires relating to Avmax.Handle all incoming phone calls and distribute phone messages accordingly.Responsible for incoming and outgoing mail and sends and receives faxes and distributes to appropriate personnel.Scans, emails, & send invoices to Accounts Payable for processing.

Order and distributes supplies/forms promptly to appropriate personnel.Perform Maintenance Planning functions/tasks as required.

Other duties as assigned.

Payroll ResponsibilitiesEnsures all timecards are accounted for on a daily basis, verifies proper hour count and job codes.Inputs Timecard / Work card information onto the Payroll Spreadsheet and Solomon Program.Assist Avmax employees with any concerns regarding timecards.Responsible for the accuracy of Payroll Spreadsheet to include Timecard, PTO, and Holiday hours.Responsible for the Uniform fitting and payroll deductions.QualificationsExcellent oral and written communication skills.Demonstrated ability to work well with other individuals throughout the organization.Possesses strong organizational skills.ExperienceHigh School Diploma/GED.

One to two years of related experience is preferred.Experience with Microsoft Excel required and Solomon software preferred.Must be detail oriented, organized, and able to multi-task.Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills and be flexible.
