Administrative Asst. – Customer Service

During office days, the person would assist in various office operations including phones, data entry, internet work, provide customers quotes, enter orders, handle customer calls etc. Experience in Aviation/Aerospace industry is a plus but not required if you can demonstrate that you are right for this job and come from similar industries or businesses.

During shipping department days, the tasks range from counting inventory, receiving parts, packaging parts, preparing FEDEX, UPS packaging and labels, scanning, cleaning and more. Must be able to stand most of the day. Experience dealing with shipping/freight companies is plus but will also train. Must know how to use a computer/internet very well
