Successful organizations continue to solve tomorrow’s problems, today, by leveraging our unique platforms and educational tools to plan, educate and off-board.Social media link: https://www.linkedin.com/company/transitions-rbg/The Employee Coordinator is responsible for routing calls to support teams and assist with a wide variety of support services and office functions.Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to: Manage inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner Identify customers’ needs, clarify information and either schedule or transfer to the proper department Build sustainable relationships and engage customers Keep records of all conversations in our call center database Attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level Make outbound calls on a variety of campaigns to support the goals of the organization Utilize booking sites and the CRM system to properly document callers and the outcomes needed Assign tasks or activities in the CRM system to expedite the customer service needs Schedule clients and gather imperative information to keep the consultation timely and meet their needs Make confirmation calls in an ongoing basis to confirm appointment status Other duties as assignedQualifications: Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent PC skills including Microsoft Office
– Word, Excel and PowerPoint and working with templates High School Diploma or GED Solutions Oriented Excellent attention to detail Organized Problem Solver Customer Service Oriented Team Player Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment High sense of urgencyLI-CM1
