Position Description:

Technical Project
– Admin Assistant | Temporary to possible hire

Location:

Los Angeles, CA (renowned hospital/healthcare facility)

Employment Status:

Temporary to possible hire.

Project Assistant Responsibilities:
Assess, organize and file electronic mail documents Download and rename email attachments Migrate Outlook emails to SharePoint

Minimum Experience Requirement:
2+ years of directly related general office, facilities, or administrative experience in a professional services firm.

Preferred Experience Requirement:
2+ years of corporate legal experience.

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities:
Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy, efficiency and consistency Ability to maintain confidentiality of information.

Proficient with using computers, and MS Office Word and Excel (must be highly proficient in Excel 2016) Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.

Superb organizational skills.

Excellent attention to detail.

Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.

Prior knowledge of SharePoint Online preferred, not required Experience with scripting and process automation preferred, not required.

Education :
Bachelor’s degree highly preferred.

Additionally, the Technical Project/Administrative Assistant must demonstrate behavior in concert with hospital mission, values, policies, & procedures

Location: This contract position will be located in the hospital’s headquarters located in Los Angeles (mid-city).

Salary: $25.00 per hour
