Administrative Assistant/Staffing Coordinator

Overview: Active Day has a Full-Time opportunity for a Administrative Assistant/Staffing Coordinator – Berea, OH As Active Day’s Administrative Assistant/Staffing Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing recruiting assistance and administrative support to Center Leaders at all of our Centers located throughout the Bridges Rehabilitation Community located in the Cuyahoga and Summit counties of Ohio.

Position will be located in our Berea location, however travel to Brook Park and Warrensville is expected.

As Recruiting Coordinator, you will be able to draw candidates from various sources, such as social media networks and employee referrals, as well as job postings.

You will play an integral role in recruiting activities, building candidate pipelines, and ensuring a positive candidate experience from application to hire.

As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to participate in benefits programs, including:Paid Time Off (“PTO”)Medical/VisionDental401(k)And the pleasure of working in a FUN environment with GREAT people Responsibilities: Consult with Center Directors and Regional Directors to understand the needs of their organizations as it pertains to talent acquisition.Manage all positions on Company’s Post Applicant Tracking System (“ATS”) as needed from open to close Provide administrative support and guidance throughout the recruiting process to ensure that hiring managers stay on top of their responsibilities in the recruiting process .

Review applications, and conduct initial phone screens and be able to speak to key initiatives within the business in order to attract top talent.Ensure timely responses and follow up with candidates.

Build strong relationships with candidates through engagement and consistent follow-upThrough creative recruiting strategies, build strong relationships within the community.

Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent.1-year experience working in administrative role or recruitment.

Strong relationship building skills Well versed in recruiting health professionals is highly desired.Experience working with Applicant Tracking System required, iCIMS preferred.Excellent verbal and written communication skills and outstanding ability to interact effectively with managers, supervisors, and colleagues.

Mature professional experience, can handle employee sensitive and company sensitive information.

Previous recruiting experience not required, but highly preferred.
