Overview
Position Summary: The Senior Administrative Assistant provides an advanced level of administrative support to various executives with complex organizational responsibilities, including heavy calendar management, scheduling travel and arranging meetings.
The level of support requires a good understanding of the executives’ organization, along with the business knowledge to communicate and work effectively with the executive’s organization and clients.
Minimum Qualifications: 3+ year’s professional office experience.
Advanced secretarial and administrative experience required.
Meeting and event planning support preferred.
Will coordinate meetings and handle multiple projects as assigned.
Education/Licensure/Certifications: High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
Bachelor’s preferred.
