Scheduling Coordinator
– Medical Scheduling Experience PreferredScheduling Coordinator for Growing ABA Agency Job Objective:Coordinate the scheduling and delivery of ABA services for our Woodland Hills office.

Responsibilities: * Coordinate the staffing and scheduling of ABA services across a large number of clients and staff.* Use of scheduling software to manage client and staff schedules.* Ensure contract maximization for each client based on contracted services.* Assist in intake and client start-up activities.* Ensure staff hours are scheduled in accordance with company policies.* Manage cancellations as they occur and arrange for sub coverage and/or makeup sessions.* Maintain up-to-date records on the availability of staff and clients.* Communicate scheduling and staffing information with clients and staff.

Skills/Qualifications: * Experience in staffing and scheduling.* Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment.* Strong ability to multi-task and problem-solve.* Expertise in the use of computers & Microsoft Office.* Excellent organization & communication skills, and attention to detail.* Positive, friendly attitude.* Spanish required.* Must have at least 1-2 years of patient scheduling experience.* ABA experience is a plus, but not required.
