Administrative Assistant/Receptionist

Provides administrative assistant/reception support for a commercial real estate office in the heart of Miracle Mile.

Seeking a motivated Real Estate Administrative Assistant/Receptionist to act as a point of contact and assist in completing tasks related to property management.

An applicant must be punctual and comfortable wearing several hats.

This position will be the first point of contact working directly under the supervision of the Assistant Property Manager providing a wide variety of support to the Management Office, Staff, Tenants, Vendors, and Ownership.
Act as receptionist answering and redirecting telephone calls
Assist with purchasing office, cleaning, maintenance and other supplies
Assist with processing vendor invoices and uploading supporting documents in Avidxchange
Primarily responsible for sorting incoming mail and preparing documents for mailing
Participate in various other projects and tasks that arise in a commercial real estate office
Prior experience working for a real estate company a plus but not a requirement
Solid organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize and multi-task
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with all levels of the organization and externally with vendors and tenants
Ability to work independently and with minimum supervision
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Must possess strong work ethic
Must be a team player
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00
– $50,000.00 per year

High school or equivalent (Required)
