e are seeking an Property Manger Assistant to become a part of our commercial property management in Los Angeles, CA!
You will be helping plan and facilitate all real estate activities and transactions.
You will be performing back-end administrative duties including generating monthly budget reports, processing work orders, addressing tenant questions via email and telephone, and assisting the property manager on walk-throughs at new site locations.Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8: 30am-5: 30pmCompensation: $45k/yearResponsibilities:Oversee and coordinate all real estate transactionsManage work orders and new leasing contractsGenerate monthly budget reports for property managerInvestigate and resolve tenant complaintsUpdate and improve properties to increase return on investmentReport directly to property managerOccasionally drive to Inland Empire and Torrance for new site walk-throughs.Ensure all work order and repair requests are processed in a timely fashionSupervise and train property staffEnforce property and associations’ rules and regulationsRequirements:2-3 years prior administrative assitant experience requiredPrior accounting experience is a plusFamiliar with YARDI is a plusExcellent Excel SkillsAbility to multitask and prioritizeExcellent written and verbal communication skills
