Administrative Assistant – Parts & Service Department Austell, GA (30168) Position Summary ALL Crane Rental of Georgia, Inc.

is seeking a Parts & Service Department Administrative Assistant with solid general office skills.

This is a full-time, non-exempt position in a casual office environment.

Essential Functions Answer multi-line incoming telephone and provide exceptional customer service Entry of purchase orders and service work orders into maintenance software program Monitor the preventative maintenance program and distribute schedules to appropriate personnel Monitor manufacturer and regulatory required inspections and distribute schedules to appropriate personnel Purchase new or additional stock via phone, email or web portal Receive and count stock items, and record data manually or using computer Verify inventory computations by comparing them to physical counts of stock, and investigate discrepancies or adjust errors.

Prepare and maintain records and reports of work performed, inventories, price lists, shortages, shipments, expenditures, and goods used or issued Issue or distribute materials, parts, and supplies to coworkers, based on information from incoming work orders, purchase orders or requisitions Various administrative tasks such as processing documents, faxing, filing and data entry Other tasks as assigned.

Skills and Experience Requirements Experience with heavy construction equipment is preferred Able to work in a fast paced environment and meet deadlines Must be able to work 40 hours a week and overtime as needed Able to sit for longs periods of time Able to use phone, computer and other office equipment Able to lift up to 40lbs.

Must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
