Job Description: We are seeking a detailed oriented and motivated Marketing Admin.

This position will support a Florida Multifamily Capital Markets Broker and his team by providing marketing and administrative support.

Essential Job Duties: Perform as a lead role in coordinating meetings and events with multiple managers and/or offices Maintain department budget Prepare complicated documents and presentations Manage calendars Coordinate travel arrangements Prepare and submit expense reports Manage assigned projects within tight timelines and budget for company-hosted events, including the coordination of the agenda and speaker line-up, the drafting and editing of marketing collateral, invites and promotions, and collaborating effectively with event planner and/or third party vendors Assist with population and maintenance of the content calendar for the firm’s internal and external websites, as well as social media platforms Assist in the closed transaction process by helping with press releases, adding all news to firm’s website and social media Manage general marketing housekeeping items that include: updating all collateral on an ongoing and timely basis to reflect product changes and compliance, assist in planning and executing events, track invites, RSVPs and attendees, create post-event and project surveys; track marketing expenses on an ongoing and timely basis, assist with sales team requests as needed, order client gifts and giveaways, among other tasks Skills, Education and Experience: Advanced proficiency with MS Office, particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, and the Adobe Suite, particularly Photoshop and/or Illustrator Strong competency in writing and demonstrated skill in thorough editing Strong interest in the creative design process across all marketing activities Demonstrated ability to work independently and exercise independent judgment while keeping management apprised of project status Strong ability to communicate project status and offer constructive suggestions and feedback , and a mindset to be engaged in all corporate marketing initiatives Poise and professionalism when representing the company at various industry conference and company sponsored events Willingness to travel 10% Key Competencies: Self-motivated professional with strong desire and ability to work independently and assume ownership of projects Demonstrates diplomacy and customer service in all interactions Anticipates needs and requirements in all areas of responsibilities while exercising discretion and judgment Interest in finding solutions to problems and issues and taking initiative in creating and improving work processes, policies, and systems Strong communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills Superior organizational and time management skills with ability to prioritize work and both efficiently and accurately handle several tasks Innovative and creative with strong problem-solving skills Strong analytical and critical thinking skills Benefits and Perks: Industry leading Parental Leave Policy (up to 16 weeks) Generous healthcare Bright Horizons back-up care program Generous paid time off Education reimbursement Referral Program Opportunities to network and connect within the industry Working Conditions: Normal working conditions with the absence of disagreeable elements.
