Our unique client coverage model and close partnerships with other businesses in Global Banking & Markets plus Global Wealth & Investment Management and Consumer Banking and Small Business, enable our commercial client teams to seamlessly deliver all of the company’s capabilities as integrated solutionsThe Administrative Assistant (AA) role is designed to serve as the primary administrative support for leadership and the client team in order to support their focus on growing revenue.

The AA manages floor and market support for multiple GCB employees and proactively identifies ways to add value to the business by anticipating the needs of the team.Primary responsibilities include:
•Organizes and prioritizes internal/external meetings, conference calls and related logistics
•Processes and approves (if applicable) expense reports in a timely manner according to policy
•Coordinates travel arrangements and event management activities
•Handles a high volume of calls, emails and requests; interacts with high level business leaders in a professional and effective manner
•Typically manages different and conflicting objectives, projects or activities at once
•Responsible for general administrative duties, ad-hoc projects, committees and/or group events
•Maintains an understanding of our policies and procedures, serving as a resource and subject matter expert for the team
•Stays current on a variety of software programs while consistently striving to develop and advance skills
•Responsible for contact and exposure to sensitive information and must use considerable tact, diplomacy and judgment
•Maintains email distribution groups and keeps organizational charts currentQualifications
•Prior experience in Financial Services or knowledge of the Commercial banking business preferred
•Experience providing administrative support at the senior management level within a financial institution
•Demonstrated ability to interface with senior leaders
•Proven organizational skills and ability to execute tasks and projects independently
•Efficiently able to meet deadlines while balancing competing demands of multiple internal partners
•Must demonstrate strong interpersonal, collaboration and communication skills.
•Demonstrates initiative / self-motivation
