Administrative Assistant III

Job Description:We’re looking for administrative support for the Chief Operating Officer (COO) for Employee Experience Technology.

The COO is responsible for managing the integrated COO functions across EET (i.e., Business & People Management, Financial Management, Risk & Controls and Strategy, etc) while maintaining close connectivity with HR and Finance business partners, enterprise support partners, and the broader Global Technology & Operations organization.

Additionally, this role will work closely with Business Support Managers and Tech Executives to coordinate/collaborate ongoing businessmanagement/operations.Required SkillsOversee the day to day business operations for the EET COO by supporting the Executive and Business Support Manager.Prepare reports and/or special projects, which may include data collection, coordination, material preparation and distribution.Complete a weekly wrap up of events with key points, topics to consider for upcoming meetings and any impacting items that require decision-making.Ability to develop concise and effective senior level presentations.Calendar management, accounting for day-to-day meetings, calls and movements.Run and support quarterly and monthly meetings such as town halls, skip-level meetings and All Hands.Strong communication skills, both written and oral, upwards, and downwards in the organizationStrong business acumen, specifically in supporting a technology organization.

Work independently and self-starter.Strong organizational skills.Excellent Verbal and Written communication skills including presentation skills.

Microsoft Office expertise .Flexible to accommodate different time zone across globe Ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders, while managing compressed timelines.Ability to work with teammates across various levels and track requirements to completion.Should be self-driven and highly motivated with the ability to learn quickly.Desired SkillsExposure to working with Financial Data, HR, Workforce Management and Project Support.Self-starter
– following training, can decipher requests/emails and follow process to fulfill with minimal direction.Technical background to understand complex technical programs and components.Ability to manage across multiple lines of business to orchestrate cohesive oversight and administration.Demonstrates a bias for action and a commitment to build/maintain partnerships.Shift:1st shift (United States of America)Hours Per Week: 40
