– Pharmacy and Radiology.
Responsibilities include the following:For Pharmacy:Work in tandem with management team to track, trend, and analyze data for CAPA projects, presentations, etc.; includes meticulous attention to detail to ensure data integrity Assist with orientation and onboarding for new team members, residents, and rotating students Maintenace and management of multiple departmental areas: license boards, supply ordering, inventory control, conference scheduling, departmental filesFor Radiology:Assist the Radiology Department Chair, Manager, and Supervisor with a variety of tasks as they relate to the daily functionality of the department; included by not limited to: planning of events, mail correspondence, M case logs, SharePoint, and other various departmental projects Work closely with the Medical Staff Office and a team of physicians to ensure files are up to date; this can include physician onboarding and reaccreditation For both departments:Attend and take minutes for numerous departmental meetingsConference room and Teams meeting scheduling Mail review/distribution Collaborate with management team to complete yearly policy review Major Responsibilities:Performance of diversified administrative and secretarial work in support of the department.Preparation and dissemination of correspondenceMaintenance of department filesEducation/Experience Required:High school or equivalent 5 years administrative secretarial experience or Associates degree and 3-4 years administrative secretarial experienceKnowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:Typing 60 words per minute preferred Extensive knowledge of several software applications is preferred Ability to create spread-sheets manipulate data preferred Ability to work independentlyNot applicablePhysicial Requirements and Working Conditions:N/AThis job description indicates the general nature and level of work expected of the incumbent.
