Our headquarters are in Veldhoven, the Netherlands, and we have 18 office locations around the United States including main offices in Chandler, Arizona, San Jose and San Diego, California, Wilton, Connecticut, and Hillsboro, Oregon.As a member of the Office and Lab Space Support Team, this person will work to ensure that our internal customers have the necessary tools to execute in a collaborative environment, facilitate support in purchasing and development of financial requisitions, support the execution of various events (Executive Board meetings, customer visits, community engagement activities, and more), provide direct support to our management teams and projects, and more.

Business demands may require ASML to proceed with candidates who are immediately eligible to access controlled technology.Role and responsibilitiesProvide general administrative and clerical support for the D organization of approximately 1200 people.Use Microsoft Office tools to prepare and modify documents and reports.Maintain and update Sharepoint communication and collaboration system.Update and ensure the accuracy of the organization’s databases.Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, conference rooms, and travel arrangements.Help employees with travel plans and expense reports (Concur).Perform event planning on-site and off-site including: venue, food service, materials, travel, and cost control.Perform procurement activities including quotes, requisitions, expediting, and follow-up.Monitor and facilitate accurate time recording approvals, reporting, and corrections.Order and maintain office supplies and office equipment.Resolve administrative problems.Coordinate Outlook schedules and appointments for D staff as required.Assist with overflow work from administrative and executive assistants.Education and experienceAssociate degree or equivalent experience.5 years of hands-on administrative experience in a large, complex, fast-paced organization.The candidate must possess the required qualifications to be initially considered for the position, including:Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).Demonstrated strengths in multi-tasking, prioritizing work, and meeting commitments.Excellent planning, organizational, and written and verbal communication skills.Interacts with a large set of stakeholders from various organizations and various levels.Strong attention to detail and cost-consciousness.Working knowledge of SAP or another ERP system is required.SkillsWorking at the cutting edge of tech, you’ll always have new challenges and new problems to solve
