Roberts team, here’s what you’ll be doing: Collect all vital information for all paperwork Collect all needed transfer forms Set and confirm calendar appointments Assist in completing new account paperwork and annuity and life insurance applications Follow-up with insurance companies and Gradient new business Process new business applications with detail and accuracy and submit to appropriate carriers Obtain necessary documents and signatures from clients for carrier approval Track application process Greet consumers on the phone and in person with a warm, welcoming approach Track prospect-to-client process Work with the President throughout the marketing process to ensure compliance and approval for all consumer-facing components Assemble meeting preparation documents pertaining to clients/prospect meetings Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, collating, etc.
