In this role you will work to provide first class administrative support and conduct general office responsibilities such as: answering phones/email, organizing meetings, managing calendars, organizing documentation and expense accounts, filing in office and archived materials, making photocopies, scanning and printing documents.

You will also be delegated to assist with other key business areas to help ensure the smooth running of our internal processes within agreed timescales.

This is a part time position with in-office attendance required.Key Responsibilities Communicate daily with team members via phone and emailTranslate and present information such as: collected data results, charts and contracts in person, over the phone and by emailAccurately process contracts on the company’s data platformsInput data and create relevant recordsManage email inboxes within agreed timescalesAccurately process system change requests on the company’s data platformsAttend to incoming and outgoing post; process internal and external correspondence within agreed timescalesManage and keep up to date all scanning and filing for the client services departmentUndertake adhoc projects and tasks, as requiredSupport and liaise with other department personnel and third parties with ad hoc queriesPosition Requirements Ability to communicate effectively across a wide range of audiences & work efficiently within a team/independentlyPolite and professional telephone manner with solid communication skills both written and verbalPrevious administrative experience is a benefit, but not a requirementA good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including; PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and internet applications.Ability to complete work to a high level of accuracy and presentation and to use own initiative when required, being a self-starterAble to work under pressure and prioritize workload with excellent time management, organizational and listening skillsOrder office supplies and manage inventory stock for copier/scanner/printerManage all inventories including non-office supplies i.e.

water/coffee/drinks for staff and visitorsMaintenance and cleaning crew requests and issues (HVAC, plumbing, trash removal, vacuuming, cleaning, etc.)Coordinates monthly Refrigerator Clean Out and Ice Maker defrosting Orders and Stocks Beverages for Happy Hours & EventsUPS Shipping for officeResearch of Real Estate Tax and Valuation Regulation’sWhat’s in it for you?
