Administrative Assistant – Data Strategy

Job Description:Performs diverse, advanced and confidential administrative support functions including managing calendars of multiple Executives.

Usually relieves management of administrative details; may manage a number of different and often conflicting objectives, projects or activities at one time.

Communicates with executives and line management to gather or convey relevant information.

May have exposure to sensitive information, and must use considerable tact, diplomacy and judgment.

Advanced administrative and analytical skills.Key Responsibilities:Prepare managers for daily schedule, including daily calendar, assist in compiling and organizing documents and materials for meetingsLeverage a variety of MS software programs and bank systems (Concur, WorkDay, Corporate Travel) to perform tasksScheduling of conference calls and telepresence meetingsScreen and respond to incoming calls: forward and respond pro-actively as appropriateTravel and expense processingHandling Technology and equipment issuesAssists with facilities management, visitor accessMay Assist with on-boarding and off-boarding employeesRequired Skills:Experience as a Administrative Assistant or comparable level of experience and demonstrated ability in either current or prior positions to interact with senior level executives.Ability to work independently, multi-task, manage time wisely, handle confidential and sensitive material with highest degree of integrity.Strong executive presence; superior interpersonal communications skills.Communicates with executives and front line management to gather or convey relevant information.Must use considerable tact, diplomacy and judgment.Interacts with people from a variety of departments and business coverage areas across the Enterprise.Advanced proficiency/knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.Pro-active attitude with ability to stay focused and maximize time efficiently.Event coordination experience (e.g., associate meetings/recognition events, etc.)Schedules, manages, and prepares agenda and presentations/materials for team meetings.Experience managing executive calendars.Working knowledge of general bank systems (e.g., Concur and Corporate Travel), expense policies and MS Office Products (including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio is a plus).Experience booking travel for team/executives.Experience providing badge access.Shift:1st shift (United States of America)Hours Per Week: 40
