Privately held company seeking an Administrative Assistant!

Summary: Administration support related to Company, personal and outside activities to coordinate events and negotiate cost, maintain schedules, reports and calendars as well as General office duties as specified by CEO

Duties:

Will perform event planning and working with those vendors to negotiate cost.
Maintain schedules and reports.
Maintain business and personal Calendars.
Coordinate travel and event activities.
Maintain the office supplies.
Answer telephone and write correspondence directed by president
Assist other managers per direction of CEO
Perform research and projects given by CEO.

Requirements:

Computer proficient and technology savvy
MS office professional

Word
Excel
Access basic knowledge
PowerPoint

Experience:

Minimum 3 years and up to 5 years of administrative support and general office related activities.

Education:

Must have a minimum of AA degree from an accredited college.
