QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCEAssociate of Arts Degree from an accredited school required.
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited school preferred.
A minimum of three years auditing and/or administrative support experience required.
Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite of applications is required.RESPONSIBILITIESo Follows all integrity guidelines and procedures and ensures no manipulation of student data.o Conducts weekly audits of OA/CTS data and systems to ensure compliance with DOL/Companypolicy.o Documents audit findings and prepares reports for submission per established timelines andrequirements.o Provides data integrity training to staff to increase staff knowledge of DOL/Company policy.o Conducts research, prepares statistical reports, handles information requests, and performs clerical functions such as maintaining required documentation, sorting/distributing mail, preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings.
May make travel arrangements as necessary.o Ensures timely submission, logging and tracking of all OA/CTS contract deliverables, requests, reports and correspondence.
Drafts, writes and proofs correspondence.
Responsible for the quality of internal/external communications with the Corporate Office, Department of Labor and outside organizations.o Maintains Job Corps/Company systems and libraries which may include CIS, OA, CTS, eRequester, School Dude, PRH, JC Program Instructions, JC Information Notices, Regionaldirectives and SOPs.o Ensures that area is organized, clean, safe and conducive to student/staff successo Monitors and follows up on the DIG Report section of the management module of CIS.o Produces quality work/assignments in a thorough, timely and accurate manner.o Maintains appropriate personal attendance, accountability and work productivity standards.o Plans, prioritizes and organizes assignments to meet established goals and deadlines.o Understands and applies job knowledge to effectively complete all required job responsibilities.Proactively maintains the skills required to perform job duties.o Mentors, monitors and models the Career Success Standards as required by the PRH.o Provides high-quality supervision and management for the student population.
Takes swift andappropriate action and positively influences student behavior.
