RESPONSIBILITIES: Will report to the Clinic Administrator.
The position will type minutes for clinic and program meetings and in-services.
Types and distributes memos and correspondence to clinics and programs.
The position Photocopies, faxes and files correspondence and maintains clinic/program administrative files.
S/he will distribute mail within clinics/programs and takes messages and schedules meetings for the Clinic Administrator.
The position will maintain personnel files for the clinics/programs employees and providers, employee calendar of absences, tardiness, vacations, evaluations, physicals and certificates due.
The position will maintain and update clinic/program calendar of in-services due, meetings, audits, reports, fire drills, equipment services, license renewals.
Maintains clinic/program policy and procedure training manual and distributes updates.
Will be responsible for preparing various forms and logs, orders printing materials and maintains inventory of all clinic/program forms and logs.
Provides support and assistance in managing the physical plant, including equipment repair and maintenance for the clinic and programs.
Will perform other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS: Must type and be computer literate in Microsoft applications.
Must be organized and have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Position requires a professional, pleasant and effective representation of the Corporation.
Mature judgement, tact, discretion and confidentiality are mandatory.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS: Must possess a dependable automobile with insurance and a valid California Driver’s license.
Must submit to and pass a drug test, fitness for duty and a criminal background check as a pre-condition for employment.
Must be able to provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination and booster, TB test and MMR, TDAP and Hepatitis B vaccines.
QUALIFICATIONS: Two (2) years college and one (1) year experience in reception/clerical with public/private sector OR High School Diploma or equivalent achievement and three (3) years experience.
