Matura Farrington is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to support a large professional services firm in the Los Angeles area. This is a great opportunity to work in an administrative support role and to learn how the firm functions. This position has a wide variety of duties and responsibilities. Solid Microsoft Office software experience, strong interpersonal, detail oriented and organizations skills are a must.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
 Manage the department meeting and calendar management system for department and guests
 Coordinate and manage all travel for the department
 Create reports for the department
 Manage requests for information, mail, package delivery and shipments
 Prepare first draft of letters, emails, and other correspondence
 Manage expense reports including tracking payment and resolve issues
 Manage vendor invoices and payments
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
 Must have at least 1-year prior corporate administrative experience
 Must be willing to perform administrative duties
 Proficiency in Microsoft Office
 Bachelors degree
