Administrative Assistant

Texino is a quickly growing Los Angeles-based van conversion company located in east Los Angeles. As a certified Mercedes Benz upfitter, Texino builds, sells, and rents Mercedes Benz campervans. We’re currently seeking a bright, driven person to provide executive administrative support to the COO in a fast-paced environment.

Functions of the Job:

  • Performs administrative tasks such as data entry, managing correspondence, creating or modifying business documents, calendar management
  • Handles confidential information.
  • Performs research as needed by COO.
  • Coordinates and maintains departmental files and spreadsheets, as assigned.
  • Screens incoming correspondence and responds independently when appropriate.
  • Must be willing to work overtime if needed.
  • Schedules meetings, lunches, and events as required.
  • Assists with special projects as needed.
  • Other administrative duties as assigned.
  • Prepares expense reports and check request as needed.

Qualification Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent preferred. Experience: Minimum 2 years administrative experience.

Skills and Abilities: which may be representative but not all inclusive of those commonly associated with this position.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other business-specific software
  • Must be organized, highly responsible and punctual with a very strong attention to detail.
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional behavior.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple assignments to meet deadlines.
  • Strong keyboarding and proofreading skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $60,000.00 per year
