Join our team and make a differencePerforms administrative duties for specific departments as required.Perform SAP functions and related accounting duties.Review financial data as needed to support department projects.Tracks expenses.Records projects.Compiles department budgetary data and prepares standard and special reports.Coordinates the processing of all departmental invoices and submits to Accounts Payable.Generates purchase orders by utilizing the Lawson system.Prepares monthly invoices and operational and compliance reports.Organizes and maintains department files and records.Acts as telephone operator/receptionist for incoming calls to department.

Answers phone, provides assistance and forwards messages.Provides miscellaneous clerical support, including mail delivery and the preparation of correspondence.Performs other assignments as required.COVID-19 Vaccination RequirementsSeasonal employees / Summer internships are excluded from these requirements, however vaccinations are preferred.

Essential Utilities and its subsidiaries, including Aqua, Delta, and Peoples Natural Gas, require new hires to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19, where allowable under the law.

Proof of vaccination must be provided prior to your first day of employment.
