Overview: Our client, a non-profit career training school, is seeking candidates to fill a Program Administrative Coordinator position.
This individual will be responsible for supporting the needs of classroom and staff offices.
The Coordinator will be responsible for collection and maintenance of student data in compliance with the accreditation guidelines and organizational policies.
This individual will interact with students, faculty, partners and provide general operational and daily administrative support to the department.
Responsibilities: Coordinate communications, course schedules, student records, and institutional policies and procedures between the Office of the Registrar, Student Services, and Students/Instructors Prepare and process materials and supplies for instructors and students Reconcile daily cafeteria sales and create summary spreadsheet for finance department Administer and review annual surveys Troubleshoot basic hardware and software issues within classrooms and staff offices including printers and projectors Qualifications: Previous administrative experience including organizing a schedule and ordering supplies Strong technical acumen Excel and Word proficiency Ability to communicate and thrive in a team environment Demonstrated ability to prioritize and multi-task
