Job Descriptionpay rate The Customer Support contract employee, working under the direction of the Customer Support Supervisor,provides administrative assistance to Customer Support and Technical Sales teams through efficient and accurate processing of customer quote requests and purchase order entry, maintenance of order book excel documents, and processing data in customer websites.A.
Manage multiple customer quotes and orders driving to meet customer expected response timeB.
Process and maintain Quotes and Orders utilizing various internal systems.C.
Learn how to update and manage customer websites as required.D.
Work closely with Account Managers to update and maintain order book data within excel spreadsheets.E.
Special projects and investigations as needed by management.
•High School Diploma required, BA, BS preferred
•Minimum three years work experience in customer support, sales, or related field.
•Excellent interpersonal skills
•Judgment, logic, resourcefulness, and creativity abilities.
•Sound teaming skills
•Computer literate with competency in Microsoft Office software programs and customer web-based maintenance systems.Must present a positive and professional image.
Timeliness and accuracy of tactical work is critical.
Must have the ability to maintain focus and arrange priorities in an environment of multiple urgent requests from many global sources.
Work environment is an open office area.
