Administrative Assistant

Reports to: Plant ManagerGeneral Summary: Performs a variety of task related to administrative duties in various departments.Essential Job Functions:
•Record keeping
•Inventory control ( counting/verifying)
•Printing labels and production documents
•Ordering and maintaining supplies
•Answering phones and emailsMaterial purchase1).

Update material calculator with up-to-date customer order information.2).

Update material calculator with up-to-date raw material inventory information.3).

Issue releases and PO based on (1) and (2).4).

Communicate with suppliers and carriers.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
•MS office software ( Excel/Word/Powerpoint )
•Data entry
•Multi-task proficient
•Ability to communicate effectively with all levels within the organization and customers/vendors.Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience working in an administrative role preferred.
