Auberle operates over 20 programs in 16 Western PA counties with 200 staff and a $16M budget.Ward Home and the My Best Self program serve youth ages 16
– 21.

Our philosophy is to use trauma informed approaches to help create a safe and welcoming place to grow.

At Ward Home we provide 24-hour care for youth 16
– 21 who are experiencing life barriers or family problems severe enough to keep them from remaining at home or with a family member.

Our team works in tandem with placing agencies to transition youth into a permanent living arrangement.

The My Best Self program works with Ward home youth as well as other youth in CYF care to help create access to professional hair care services and hygiene products, creates opportunities to participate in social skills workshops and hair care trainings to empower youth to look good, feel better and be their best self.We are currently seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant to support the efforts of Ward Home and My Best Self.

This position will complete data entry for intake and compliance, data tracking and analysis, and complete order and supply tracking of programmatic needs.
