They will be working with Order Entry, Supply Chain, Vendors, and also our Sales team.

I would like to see resumes with some sort of experience with a role in managing something more complex like this versus answering the phones and setting up meetings.

Job Description: Purpose This Aftermarket Administrative role is responsible for various Aftermarket administrative activities related to projects and order management.

Administrative duties include tracking orders, organization of electronic project files, data entry of technical information to spreadsheets, and communication with Aftermarket team members.

This position requires excellent organization skills and attention to detail.

The incumbent will work with Aftermarket Sales, Order Entry, Customer Service, and Supply Chain teams within the Engineered Solutions (ES) business.

Key Responsibilities
•Order tracking that includes following up with internal and external vendors, Order Entry, Sales, and Field Service teams
•Organize electronic project files
•Enter technical data into spreadsheets for integration of a newly built business tool
•Carry out other ad-hoc duties/projects as may be required Interaction with Others
•The incumbent will work with Customer Service and Order Entry Reps, Aftermarket Sales, Planners, Logistics, outside vendors, and Engineering teams.Minimum Requirements
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•Highly organized and able to prioritize activities
•Laser focused on attention to detail
•Computer proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Teams, SharePoint
•Receive instruction and take the task or project to the finish line
•Willingness to pick up the phone and ask questions
