– IIPittsburgh, PA12 MonthsJob Description: This role required to be in office from Day 1.
Not a remote role.Duties: Duties include managing a large number of electronic documents, converting them to a PDF and sending them to a specified location.
Printing electronic documents and entering necessary information onto a daily spreadsheet.
Sorting documents and entering them into a claim payment system.Other duties include researching documents in order to obtain necessary information and to confirm the accuracy of the information received.
Preparing and filing paper claim files.Assisting with team project and other Administrative duties as assigned.Skills: This role requires good computer skills and experience with Microsoft Outlook and Excel as well as strong customer service skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are also required.
Must be comfortable with problem solving and conflict management.
Must be detail and team oriented.Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
