Good compReceptionist/Administrative Assistant to support our engineering construction team in Phoenix, AZ.
This is a full time position working Monday through Friday.
Some overtime may be required.Key Responsibilities
•Responsible for answering multiple phone line system, screening and transferring calls, and updating phone lists.
•Mail distribution and preparation of outgoing mail including FedEx, UPS, and courier service.
•Conference room scheduling
•Assist business groups with project administrative tasks as required.
•Coordination of lunch meetings when necessary
•Assist visitors with tasks as they arise.
•Process paperwork for general office invoices.
•Provide clerical assistance for proposal preparation.
•Other clerical duties as required.Skills / Qualifications
•2 years’ general office or receptionist experience
•Excellent phone answering skills and friendly customer service skills
•Professional demeanor with co-workers, visitors, clients and vendors
•Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communications skills
•Self-starter with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
•Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information in an appropriate manner
•Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
•Previous experience working at an engineering, construction or architectural firm a plus
