Overview:ABS Kids is looking for a Sr.

Administrative Assistant to join our team at our Encino Office to provide administrative support to ensure efficient business operations.Our Administrative Support team members play a vital role in advancing our mission to make a difference in the lives of children with autism spectrum disorder and their families.

Every team member at ABS Kids is passionate about providing best in class support to our direct care providers, who in turn deliver the highest quality ABA therapy to our patients.Responsibilities:What would you do?Scheduling appointments and meetings and managing correspondence between the office, external bodies and executive leadership.Manage office inventory & responsible for supplies being stocked in office.Operating office equipment including printers, copiers, fax machines and multimedia instruments.Type reports, memos, letters, educational and other documents using word relevant computer software.File and retrieve corporate documents, records and reports; create and maintain both physical and electronic filing systems.Act as the point of contact between executives and employees/clients.Answer phone calls and direct calls to appropriate parties or take messages.Record, type and distribute meeting minutes.Greet visitors and determine whether they should be given access to specific individuals.Read and analyze incoming memos, submissions and reports to determine their significance and plan their distribution.Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and email.Make travel arrangements for executives and others when asked to do so.Maintain high level of confidentiality.Must enjoy caring for animals as they are part of the office culture.Other duties as assigned by executive leadership including but not limited to cross training in essential function of the department and providing coverage as needed.Qualifications:Who are we looking for?High school degree; additional qualifications as Personal Assistant or Secretary are a plusCorporate experience and knowledge, 2 years experience preferredAbility to read, comprehend and deliver information effectivelyIntermediate Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google office, Adobe, and DocuSignOrganizational skills and ability to track/monitor tasks for reporting purposesReceptive to constructive criticismAbility to remain objectively oriented in a fast-paced environmentExpertise in Microsoft Office, particularly with ExcelFamiliarity with online calendars and cloud systemsAbility to complete projects in a timely mannerAbility to communicate with various departments and level positionsAbility to exercise discretion and confidentiality with sensitive company informationExcellent organizational skills with an ability to think proactively and prioritize workWhat do we offer?Highly competitive hourly rateFull benefitsCasual work environmentOpportunities for advancementAbout our CompanyABS Kids is dedicated to empowering children with autism spectrum disorders and their families to reach their full potential helping them learn, grow and reach incredible milestones.
