We are driven by our core values: respect, innovation, and collaborationEssential Functions (but not limited to):Operate telephone system (receive and transfer calls; take messages; etc.)Receive and direct guests/clientsReceive and sort daily mail/deliveries/couriersUpdate appointment calendars and schedule meetings/appointmentsProvide general administrative and clerical support to lawyers and paralegalsCommunicating with clients, and alikePerform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, collating, faxing, etc.Handling client paymentsRequirements2+ years of working experience in a front office handling receptionist responsibilities.
