Responsibilities: Address incoming document review requests for Annuity & 529 accounts; verify that all applicable documents are submitted by the licensed representative with emphasis on dates, signatures and funding details in order to transmit the request to the appropriate carrier Provide responses to Financial Advisors who have questions about product, process or cases written and/or follow up on pending cases.
Serve as escalation point for partner carriers & fund companies to resolve issues and paperwork discrepancies Collaborate with business partners to identify process gaps, implement change and bring issues to resolution Hours of operations for this role: Flexible between 9 am-8pm in Columbus, OH Qualifications Previous banking/insurance/office operations work experience is preferred Leadership Skills Demonstrated accountability; able to work both independently and as part of a team Strong Interpersonal Skills Demonstrated excellence in problem resolution and follow through Must be able to work in a fast paced production environment Prefer previous Annuity, 529 or comparable investment industry experience Requires Computer skills
